Isabel Aguilera Navarro
Graduate in Architecture (Building) and Urban Planning from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla. She has completed a Master's Degree in Commercial and Marketing Management at the Instituto de Empresa and the General Management Programme at IESE. She has also completed the Program for Senior Management of Leading Companies and Institutions at the San Telmo Institute (Seville). Diploma in Museum Management from ELBS Leadership School. Diploma in Metaverse from The Valley Digital Business School.
She is currently an independent director of LAR España Real Estate SOCIMI, S.A., Making Science, Clinica Baviera, the Mexican company Cemex and the public entity Canal de Isabel II. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Deusto Business School and the Omnicom Group and is a member of the board of trustees of the private Cedeu University and the SM publishing house. She is an international speaker with the Thinking Heads Speakers' Agency and “executive in residence” at ESADE.
Previously, she has been an independent member of the Board of Directors of INDRA, BMN (Banco Marenostrum), Aegón España, the Board of Directors of the Italian bank Banca Farmafactoring, the Moroccan company Hightech Payment Systems (HPS), the Board of Emergia Contact Center and the American company Laureate INC. She has served on the advisory boards of Farmaindustria, Pelayo Mutua de Seguros, Oracle Iberia and Ikor and has been a member of the Board of APD (Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección), as well as of the International Advisory Board of the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School). She has also been President of the Social Council of the University of Seville.
She was co-founder, shareholder and President of Twindocs International, founder of Isabel Aguilera Consultoría Empresarial en Estrategia, Innovación y Sostenibilidad. She is the author of two books: "La Encrucijada de Carlota" (Espasa, 2011) and "Lo que estaba por llegar, ya está aquí" (La Esfera de los Libros, 2016).
She has been President for Spain and Portugal of General Electric, General Manager in Spain and Portugal of Google INC, Chief Operating Officer of NH Hoteles Group and CEO for Spain, Italy and Portugal of DELL Computer Corporation. She worked at Airtel Móvil (currently Vodafone) and Hewlett-Packard-Compaq, holding various positions of responsibility in sales and marketing areas.
